Travel Value #2 - Portugal

There are lots of travel sales and specials these days. Earlier this month my post "Extra Capacity = Excellent Time to Travel" provided important background about those sales & the example value available to you. One of our suppliers has particularly great Europes specials. Portugal is their specialty along with some other countries on Europe's mainland. During the recent cold snap I dreamed of Portugal. As a result, today's second Travel Value provides you with the details for a Portugal package.

Imagine yourself flying to the Algarve in Portugal from Toronto with a one-bedroom apartment and a car rental for one or two weeks. The one week dream is available starting $1193 per person (double occupancy). It includes the $305 European airport tax. Hmm.... two weeks seems to make much more sense doesn't it? Extend your stay to two weeks for just $310. Add your return flight to Toronto and it's a European vacation. Departures start about 10 days from now.

There are plenty of other great values & choices here too. You might want to skip the vehicle rental, be in the middle or the action or somewhere more sedate. Include a round of golf, stay in the countryside or near the beach. There are a self-touring options or group tours. (With self-touring you customize your journey, driving around independently with your own rental vehicle.)
